One of the best experiences in physical therapy. Both Drs Nardiello and Wortman are excellent first class professionals. They are empathetic, understanding and keep a close eye on how you are recovering and improving each week. They constantly challenge you to do better, stretch harder and discover how you can improve further. The atmosphere is friendly and always welcoming. Always flexible to accommodate unexpected changes to your schedule. For me, over the past 2 years, it was the shoulder and now the knee after surgery. What a wonderful journey yet tough but it’s worth it if the results are superior and beyond expectations!

In case you don't want to read this entire review, I had a great experience with Dr. Jeremy Nardiello. My neck pain went away completely and my shoulder/back pain is slowly improving. He is very friendly and professional. And most importantly, he resolved my pain. 5/5. Would be 100/100 if that was an option.
I'm a skeptic. I've dealt with many medical "experts" who, upon deeper questioning, turned out to be not so knowledgeable. I feel that many medical professionals look to treat surface level problems without solving for the underlying issue first. And frankly, that is not patient care.
With Dr. Nardiello, I had a completely different experience. He really thought about my neck issue and tracked it down to every connected muscle. I was stretching my upper back and chest muscles daily, which were largely leading to my intense neck and shoulder tightness. Bottom line is he was thorough in having me work on the root causes.
Also, with PT, it seems that most cases take lots of time and persistence to resolve. Mine was no different. I'd be lying if I told you I thought PT was going to work after the first month. I was convinced that I was going to live with a severely stiff neck for the rest of my life--even after about a month (maybe longer).
That's why I'm so grateful for Dr. Nardiello's positive attitude. Without that, I would've given up, stopped doing my at home routine, and ultimately never resolved my pain. His demeanor, friendliness, and consistently positive attitude played an important role in my success.
As odd as this sounds, part of me enjoyed going to PT and chopping it up with Dr. Nardiello and Jack (also shoutout to Sultan). I've achieved a lot in my young life--thanks to Iron PT, I can get back to coding freely and hitting new milestones.

After my daughter suffered a sports injury to her ankle, we were fortunate enough to work with Dr. Wortman for her physical therapy. Dr. Wortman’s expertise played a significant role in strengthening my daughter’s ankle and helping her safely return to softball. What stood out just as much as her professional skills was her easy-going personality and genuine interest in my daughter’s progress. Dr. Wortman created an encouraging environment that made my daughter look forward to each appointment. We are very grateful for her dedication and caring approach, and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable physical therapist.

Dr. Wortman is the best. After a few sessions I noticed an improvement in my mobility and a lot less pain. Yesterday I fi nished therapy and the mobility and strength in my arm is amazing. She also left me with daily exercises to maintain the level of flexability I have achieved. I highly recommend this facility if you need PT.
