LAN Associates has been a trusted architectural and engineering resource for many important Christian Health projects over the years. We have learned to value their knowledge and trust their perspectives. Their team has consistently provided individuals with specialized knowledge necessary to tackle challenges that meet project design and cost objectives. This was most evident in the largest project we ever undertook as an organization - The Vista - with more than 450,000 square feet of gorgeous, state of the art senior living accommodations for 161 independent living apartment homes surrounding numerous comfortable and enjoyable amenities. The LAN Associates team was with us from the beginning of The Vista's nearly 20-year journey. They helped us to navigate through many land use approval, engineering and architectural challenges with skill and success that have enabled us to deliver a beautiful, safe home for our residents.
LAN has provided engineering, architectural design, and project approval support on all four of the Lighthouse locations that we have leased or purchased, and built out to provide pregnancy and parenting-related services in our community. Their staff is easy to work with, professional, and caring, as they work through the myriad details to take a project from start to finish. Our most recent project was a large undertaking for us as a nonprofit, and with LAN's help and expertise, it exceeded our expectations!
We were referred to Yogesh at LAN to help us assess a geothermal installation. We provided all the information, technical info that he couldn't seem to get (took one call), 3D drawings, etc. He visited the house and asked questions we had already answered, and took not one measurement. Yogesh explained a fee around $1800, that it would take three weeks, and he would be produce a report addressing the issues. In the end he was a month late, the report was largely incomplete, and a 15 hour report took him three months to prepare. He failed to address some of our most basic questions, and he tried to charge us $600 more. This was an easy job, we needed help, and provided more than enough info for a timely report. LAN/Yogesh caused significant delays and tried to gouge us for the convenience. Stay far away from this company.
