Very disappointing experience. I placed my order at 12:30 for a 1:10 pickup. When I arrived, the employee said they did not have my order. I told them I would cancel if it was not ready because I had to go somewhere. They said it was ready, but then started taking pretzels, including mini dogs, from party trays for other customers to fill my order. These party trays had order papers attached with names. As someone ordering a party tray previously, I would be unhappy to see items taken from it to fill someone else’s order. I also received only four mini dogs for $8, even though the website lists six. When I questioned this, they insisted that four was the correct amount across all franchises. However, other locations confirmed 6 is the number, as shown in the screenshots below. I called several locations and they confirmed the mini dog cup comes with 6 dogs. Between the order not being acknowledged until I arrived, the way it was assembled, and the dismissive response about the portion size, this was a frustrating experience. I expected my order to be ready at the scheduled pickup time, to receive the correct portion, and to be treated respectfully. I will not be returning.
Popped in to get ice cream Nextdoor and saw the pretzel factory so I stoped in and the pretzels are amazing. Definitely worth a try.
Very nice inside, easy menu to read, went twice with great service both times! Went on St. Patties day & got this cute shamrock shaped pretzel!
First time here. Best pretzel I've had in a long time. Fresh and soft. Highly recommend.
These Pretzel are the best drove 35 minutes out of my way just to get these. Spent 1hr 10min driving and we'll worth the drive. Thank you guys at Philly Pretzel Factory
