I first met Abe 5 years ago through my brother who purchased his wife engagement ans subsequent wedding band from him. After some thoughtful and light banter, I quickly decided he was the real deal. Friendly, approachable, down to earth, and most of all genuine. You can tell he's grown up in the business but remains customer centered. He's about building a relationship first, offering his knowledge and expertise without pretense, and following through with exquisite pieces at fair values. I had engagement ring reset with him and he's been my jeweler and "the" jeweler to go to since. Picking up a few pieces along the way and walking out with a long sought after cuff today, I cannot reccommend him enough. Trustworthy and reliable - you walk in by reccomendation and walk out knowing he'll become family. He's the real deal! Gloried words certainly but trust me- you'll feel compelled to say the same.
Abe is the absolute best! I needed my Rolex resized and dropped it to see if he could help. Note that I did not purchase the watch from him. Abe could not have been more willing and spent the time with me to get it just right. I tried pay him for the service, but he would not take my money. He said "I am sure we will do business in the future, no charge for this." Abe truly understands what excellent customer experience is and an how a small act of generosity today will help him to grow his business in the future. Abe is the best! I brought my engagement ring to him since the diamond was loose and he fixed the ring and gave it a professional cleaning! Although the ring was not purchased originally with him, I am SO HAPPY that I chose him to fix it. I got the ring back very quickly! Also while we were there we bought a gold cross and chain for our godsons christening! He has exceptional jewelry and on top of that will help you find exactly what you’re looking for. I will be going to him from now on. He really is kind, professional, and personable. I HIGHLY recommend Abe to anyone!
