I live in Massachusetts and called with an emergency. They treated me like a long-standing patient. If I lived in New Jersey, that’s exactly what I would have hoped to become!

First time in the office, will definitely be back. Friendly and accommodating front office staff, in a beautiful office. My hygienist Linsey was great. She was friendly, gentle during my cleaning, and very thorough. Dr. Noah was also incredibly friendly, and made me enjoy my exam.

The hygienists and dentists are all so sweet, kind, and gentle. However, I recently had an experience that has me hesitant to return. I was checking out of a cleaning, scheduling the next. The woman checking me out was so rude, she told me I had a $640 balance and that I would be receiving a letter that would give me either 5 days to reply or I would be sent to collections. I asked her if she had told my husband, who had been in two weeks earlier, and she continued to embarrass me, so that the entire waiting room could hear. My husband went in to speak with her. It turns out it was her mistake, and she was waiting for an insurance payment, and my husband had paid over $300. The way she spoke to me ruined my entire day. I hope that such a great practice can find a better alternative for their patients' checkout experience.

Very happy with Veenstra, just had my first cleaning and evaluation and everything went smoothly. The hygienist was easily the most experienced and skilled as I’ve ever encountered. I appreciated the fair and straightforward recommendations provided and didn’t feel pressured at all. Looking forward to going back in the future. They were also great with all of our children as well!

I always have a pleasant visit at Veenstra Dental. The staff is friendly and welcoming, from beginning to the end. Dr. Noah is kind and easy to talk to. Makes suggestions and doesn’t pressure you with decisions.
Very happy to be a patient here.
