I had a 600 Aprilair humidifier installed on my hot air furnace when I talk to ken I told him I wanted automatic not Manuel , he said there a lot of problems with them, but I told him I’m not to good at going back and forth to the humidistat keep changing the dials to the inside humidity.so I called and told him my windows formed a lot of humidity on them . So he said he would change to automatic humidistat, guy came to change it with a cheaper automatic humidistat and in the picture and video has a digital humidistat automatic. Anyway when the guy left installing it he said everything is good. I looked at my own humidity temp gauge I bought and the humidity in the house is dropping it was 28 humidity in house and 30 deg outside also felt water line when heat was running and it is cold and I don’t hear water running threw the line don’t think the person that installed the automatic humidistat new what he was doing . I would reall like ken the owner to come and fix the problem , Aprilair recommended them , cause they said there are certified from April air . I want the person that is certified to work on the April air to fix this problem. I don’t think they are all certified . Also when I had a issue ken said that they don’t put many automatic humidistat in, if they don’t no how too then I rather them replace with Manuel then . But in the mean time it don’t work at all and the humidity in the house is to low . Not very happy. Owner need to come and fix it. I text Ken on weeken said to call Monday it’s to bad cause the guy that installed the manual humidistat did great job , I was going to have them service my furnace and humidifier for yearly inspection. I had a good experience with their last technician David who came to my house today that assisted me tremendously. I originally had another technician of theirs come to my house who told me it would be too much trouble and not worth the money or effort to install a c wire in my nest. I was able to speak to the owner and decided to give them another try. David took his time, saw the problem/issue the last technician did and tested everything he did at least 5xs to make sure it was working correctly. I would recommend this company as I am very satisfied with the work they did.

A God send. Had them replace my whole house 2 zone heat & AC 2 years ago as the attic furnace had failed (25 yrs old). My new systems have worked without flaw so far. Very professional workers and very good price.
