I just wanted to take a moment and share the wonderful experience I had with Acqua Pool. This past winter, I had a deer fall through my cover and tear up my liner while trying to get out, needless to say the search was on for a company to replace my liner. Acqua Pool came to my rescue. I spoke to Jimmy and he gave me a quote that was very fair and reasonable for a very high quality Vinyl Works liner in a Gemini / Sapphire Reef pattern. Once the warm weather came, Jimmy came to my house and measured the whole pool and ordered my liner. Recently Troy’s techs with Crew leader Jason came and installed my beautiful new liner. They were fast, efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable in their field. they had my liner installed in 2 days and I was up and ready for summer , honestly the longest time was spent filling the pool with water. Troy, who handles the Service and Jimmy who handles the Sales are two of the nicest and easiest guys to deal with, I highly recommend Acqua Pool for any of your Pool needs. Give them a call !! I had my liner replaced by Acqua Pools and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew that came to our place did a wonderful job, they were keeping me informed throughout the process and we had no surprises. I also had Omar coming to explain to me how to take care of the pool and he was exceptionally professional. Highly recommend. The only point of improvement is the long screening process they have when you call their office. I would suggest working on that. Still 5 stars to me.
Initially, we had the honor of working with Lou (who came highly recommended by our neighbor). About two months after that, Troy, Omar and crew built our pool- that was 19 years ago!! We have continued to use them for pool openings, closings and repairs. Omar (who always arrives with a smile on his face) is awesome and an absolute pleasure to work with! His crew is professional and courteous. We have needed some repairs over the years and Todd always ensures the crew arrives lightning fast. Shout out to Troy for coming by to handle a last minute repair on a Saturday night! Acqua Pool replaced our liner once and we still have the same heater thanks to Todd and Troy always finding an inexpensive quick fix. Thank you Lou- forever grateful!
Tim and his team at Aqua Pools were great. We had an idea of location and what we wanted in a pool and Tim was able to transform that into paradise. I trusted the team throughout the whole process from start to finish. My wife and I met with a couple of pool companies before deciding to go with Aqua and a few things stood out for us. The equipment they use in the pool is top of the line, the level of communication was outstanding, and we felt heard on what we wanted from a pool company.
Acqua Pools service team - Omar, Mike and Tito - repaired our pool filter. They diagnosed the problem immediately and quickly replaced the damaged part and got the filter up and running again with the proper chemicals. We appreciated their honesty and expertise. Highly recommended!
