Tim and his team at Aqua Pools were great. We had an idea of location and what we wanted in a pool and Tim was able to transform that into paradise. I trusted the team throughout the whole process from start to finish. My wife and I met with a couple of pool companies before deciding to go with Aqua and a few things stood out for us. The equipment they use in the pool is top of the line, the level of communication was outstanding, and we felt heard on what we wanted from a pool company.
The technician, Torey, did a fantastic job clearing out my clogged mainline pipe. I consulted several pool companies which estimated $1,500-3,000. Torey fixed it with a $185 plus tax. I am so happy that I found this company very reliable and trustworthy.
Could not recommend Acqua pool's more! Our initial meeting with Tim and Lou was wonderful. They walked us through every possible scenario and really helped create a gorgeous backyard for us. They are honest and professional. The pool itself is perfect - we could not be happier. The Acqua team is super responsive - any time day or night they get back to us as first time pool owners. I was very happy with a heater replacement provided by Acqua pools. Quick response and came when they said they would. Even when I called about a leak that showed up post replacement the owner Tim personally came out that day to see what was wrong and we worked it out. Good service and appear to stand by their work. Recommended.
