Came here upon recommendation from a golfer and was impressed by the food and service. Friendly and old school Italian decor, Rosario offers an expansive menu and with lots of specials, even better that is BYOB. Pastas are cooked perfectly al dente and sauce work is silky smooth. Portions are large, prepare to take leftovers home. Didn't have the pizza but that would be next, I hear the square pies are excellent.
1st time here and got take out. Ordered a large pie, half cheese, half meatball & peppers, let me tell you it was fantastic! I will definitely be back to try more of their food!
The food was excellent but the service was top notch!! Rare fine in Bergen county. Excellent food and great service. Run, dont walk to this hidden gem.
everything is 10 out of 10. food is phenomenal. always super friendly. place is beautiful. i just ordered a caesar with chicken to go and they put it in a separate bag in order to ensure the integrity of the salad. Chris is the best! 7/5/26 short rib ravioli tonight was something else. can’t wait to try something else here.
The cod at Rosario's saved my life and made me AT PEACE with my life decisions. OK, not really an exaggeration. I recently went to Rosario's with my family and ordered the cod special. It was absolutely exquisite. The side of polenta was otherworldly as was the broccoli rabe. I recently moved to NJ from NYC and eating at Rosario's, where the food was WAY BETTER than ones I've had (more expensive mind you) in the city, made me feel so happy to be a Jersey girl. Wow. So happy I found this hidden gem and now will work my way through the whole menu. Go!!!!
