I called ahead to ask for the price of an all-over hair color and was given one price over the phone. I confirmed and booked the appointment, and the person I spoke to was helpful and scheduled me for the next day. At the appointment, the stylist was kind, and I clearly explained and even showed a photo of the color I wanted. I specifically said I didn’t want a dark base and definitely not a reddish tone. However, the final result was a very dark brown — completely different from what I asked for. Additionally, after washing my hair, they didn’t dry it, and I left with dye all over my ear and my piercings stained dark brown, which I had to clean myself. To top it off, the price I was charged was higher than what I was originally told over the phone. Overall, this was disappointing — both in the result and the experience. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this salon to others.

Katie did an excellent job listening to what I wanted and the results are a beautiful. Great base color single process and perfectly placed and balanced highlights, no big streaks. She always does a great blowout on my very curly hair. The bonus is she's very friendly and easy to talk with. Highly recommend!

Katie is truly the best! I went to her for the first time after trusting all her positive reviews and she was fabulous! I love my haircut; however, I also loved her! Katie took time to talk with me before and then we just had the best time chatting away while she gave me the best cut I have ever had. The blowout and styling was great too! I have found my new spot for sure! I have to add that everyone in the salon was friendly. I felt very comfortable and welcome.

I had a consultation with Katie and she heard what I wanted to be done to my hair. She was spot on. From selecting the right color for my highlights to cutting my hair just like I wanted. She even made my limp hair look fluffy and full. Today was the second time I went to her and my hair cut was just great! Thank you Katie!
