I recently had the pleasure of trying cookies from Mimi’s Cookies, and I’m absolutely hooked! These cookies are incredibly delicious—each one has a perfect balance of flavor and texture. From the crispness on the outside to the soft, chewy centers, every bite is a treat. You can truly taste the high-quality ingredients and the care that goes into each batch. If you're looking for authentic Italian cookies that are both flavorful and fresh, this bakery is a must-try! I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!
Wow. If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I walk in to find that instead of the 12 cookies I ordered, there were 24 cookies made. A very nice associate explained the mistake and offered either the 12 or 24 cookie option. When I asked if the owner would work with me on pricing to take the 24 cookies, she refused. Additionally, it should be noted that these were miniature cookies, only about 2.5" and I was charged $4.00 PER cookie. This was the biggest RIP OFF I've ever experienced!! The owner was RUDE, unaccommodating and unapologetic to boot! Not only will she never earn my business again, but I will let everyone know not to support her small business! Next time Michele, work with your patrons!
Best specialty bakery I have ever seen! I've ordered for special occasions twice from Mimi's and her team's level of detail, diligence and work product is incredible. Everyone who has seen the cookies she's made for me is in awe. It is worth the drive even if you are not directly in Waldwick!
Cookies were delicious! Although I was expecting more variety than just one finely decorated cookie, and 19 simple crosses in my order of 20 baptism cookies for the price. Will be sure to be more specific when ordering next time.
We ordered cookies for my son’s first birthday party and they were absolutely gorgeous! I wasn’t specific on one portion of our order but it was fixed quickly, excellent customer service. We will definitely return for future occasions.
