Awesome, awesome, awesome! We reached out to Mimi's cookies extremely last minute to get a small order of custom cookies turned around same-day. They were an absolute delight to work with and delivered beautiful cookies by end of the day with our client's logo it. Exceptional service. Beautiful and delicious cookies. Highest of praises...and they delivered!!! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Best specialty bakery I have ever seen! I've ordered for special occasions twice from Mimi's and her team's level of detail, diligence and work product is incredible. Everyone who has seen the cookies she's made for me is in awe. It is worth the drive even if you are not directly in Waldwick!
I recently had the pleasure of trying cookies from Mimi’s Cookies, and I’m absolutely hooked! These cookies are incredibly delicious—each one has a perfect balance of flavor and texture. From the crispness on the outside to the soft, chewy centers, every bite is a treat. You can truly taste the high-quality ingredients and the care that goes into each batch. If you're looking for authentic Italian cookies that are both flavorful and fresh, this bakery is a must-try! I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!
Wow. If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I walk in to find that instead of the 12 cookies I ordered, there were 24 cookies made. A very nice associate explained the mistake and offered either the 12 or 24 cookie option. When I asked if the owner would work with me on pricing to take the 24 cookies, she refused. Additionally, it should be noted that these were miniature cookies, only about 2.5" and I was charged $4.00 PER cookie. This was the biggest RIP OFF I've ever experienced!! The owner was RUDE, unaccommodating and unapologetic to boot! Not only will she never earn my business again, but I will let everyone know not to support her small business! Next time Michele, work with your patrons!
