We started at Tanner's back when they first opened in 2020, and it was such a WONDERFUL place for him to go over the years! Our Hopper learned so much at puppy Middle School, and they helped our very anxious boy feel comfortable even with overnight boarding. He loved going to "school" (daycare) and playing with friends. Now that we moved out of state, we miss Tanner's so much! Hopper was so loved there, and it's clear how much they care about the dogs (and families) they work with. Tanner's clean, has the BEST staff, and goes above and beyond to take great care of their pups. Hopper sends all his love.

My “grand-dog” Mack goes to Tanner’s whenever he is visiting NJ. Both daycare and boarding have been excellent. The staff is very caring, thorough, and provides top notch service. I feel completely at ease when Mack is at Tanner’s and he has a GREAT time. I was particularly impressed by the way in which they make sure all the dogs are compatible. 100% recommend.

Tanner’s is the only place I trust to leave my dog when I travel. The staff are caring, professional, and dedicated to making sure every dog has a great experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and designed with dogs’ comfort and happiness in mind. Every time I drop my dog off, I know she’s in great hands. She gets plenty of playtime, attention, and care, making it feel like she’s on vacation too! It makes traveling so much easier because I never have to worry or feel guilty about leaving her behind. Plus I get photos of her everyday, for my peace of mind. Highly recommend Tanner’s for both daycare and boarding!

I am beyond disappointed with how Tanner Resort handled my dog’s care. My pup has been going there since he was 6 months old — it was his absolute favorite place. He’s friendly, social, and full of energy. We even invested in training packages with their staff, trusting they knew what they were doing. Then, out of nowhere, I got a call saying my dog was “kicked out” for supposedly nipping other dogs. Really? No previous warnings, no reports, no documentation — nothing. And to make it worse, he hadn’t even been to daycare for several days before that call. It feels like they’re overwhelmed and can’t handle a full group of dogs anymore. Instead of working with owners or using the training we paid for, they’re taking the easy route and kicking out dogs who might require actual supervision. For a business that advertises itself as a “resort” and “training center,” this behavior is completely unprofessional. After being loyal clients for months, this is how they treat us? Shameful. If you truly care about your dog and expect honesty, consistency, and professionalism — stay far away from Tanner Resort FYI we have several training sessions and day care sessions left which we never got refund for . Reached out management several times no response . Highway robbery . Spend your money elsewhere !

I highly recommend Tanner’s for day care, training and boarding. I hate leaving my pup but I always feel confident that she is in loving hands with the folks at Tanner’s. My pup loves to go there and play with friends. I always get updates and photos and notes about what she is up to when she is there.
