Went for first time for a contact lens exam. I was looking for an eye dr near Allendale and found this place within 5 minutes of my home. Booked online and got an appointment next day. Great experience. Dr Kravchenko was kind, conversational, and extremely thorough. She even recorded and saved photos of my eyes to monitor any changes between annual exams. Also her and her team are EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE about the various lens and brands. She was able to advise me based on specific metrics such oxygen permeability, water content, lens thickness, and other metrics of specific brands/lines to help me choose between lens. Also she gave a discount on the eye exam since I purchased contacts - which she didn’t have to do. It was a very nice gesture. She is a wonderful eye doctor and her whole team is very knowledgeable and passionate about contacts and eye wellness in general. I highly recommend.
Dr. Kravchenko was caring, thorough, and professional. She performed both the eye exam and medical exam for my father and took the time to explain everything clearly. We felt very comfortable and well cared for during the visit. The lady at the front desk was also very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming.
