Absolutely love Bagel Emporium. The bagels are always fresh, with the perfect crispy outside and soft, chewy inside, and the breakfast sandwiches are excellent. But what really makes this place stand out is that it feels like a true neighborhood bagel shop - the kind of place you look forward to stopping into on a weekend morning. Great food, great people, and consistently worth the trip. One of the best bagel spots in North Jersey, hands down.
I’ve been a regular customer here for several weeks, but my recent experience was disappointing. On my last visit, I paid for two specific sandwiches, but the order was incorrect—one had only a single piece of meat and was missing the hashbrowns that were included in the price. I returned the following day and politely explained the issue, asking if the missing items could be added. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the mistake, I was charged again. I understand that errors can happen, but I was hoping for better customer service and a willingness to correct the issue. This experience has made me reconsider returning in the future

This place stinks. They always get the order wrong consistently. Keep driving. You'll find a better bagel place in any other direction, with more competent employees who know how to do their job.
New area, we had a carpet restoration job, decided to pop-up for a late breakfast, Figuring I'll test out my classic BEC w lettuce. Disappointing. Sandwich was cold, they were cheap on the eggs, could hardly taste it and the bacon were like chips... then way too much lettuce. Probably will pass if I'm in the area again.
