The service and repair was so amazing I had to leave a review. Bills Shoe Repair took an old pair of cowboy boots and made them look spectacular. New soles, heels, polished, repaired the innersole, fixed the decorative stitching on the outside and did more than was asked for all in less than 24hrs!! I highly recommend them and will return in the future.
I have had 5 pairs of shoes/boots repaired as well as an alligator belt shortened here and the work and customer service is incredible. The care that they take is unmatched. I’ve had new heels and soles added in addition to the repair of a broken boot buckle and even a pair of loafers dyed from brown to black. They are experienced working with designer shoes (Dior, Gucci, Louboutin etc) and they always look brand new when I get them back. They do it all and they do it VERY well. So happy to have found a local cobbler that I can trust!
