The team at CJ5 Auto Repair are outstanding! They go above and beyond to help customers and are professional and courteous. My husband brought our keys there when the batteries died, and they not only fixed them, but they hunted down the replacement batteries to save us time and help us out. This shop will be our new go-to first place to take our cars for any repairs.
Bad customer service. Can’t understand a single word the guy at the desk says. No paper receipts handed when work is done so I can’t really look back at the work they do. If you’re going to provide labor you need to provide the right documentation as to what is going on

I stopped by a week after they opened to see if they could diagnose a trans issue. 2 other shops could not. I spoke with Miguel, towed my car there and they diagnosed the issue and pulled the trans. They were spot on. When the transmission was repaired they installed it in 1 day and were test driving it when I got there. It's home. I have texted 6 people so far about it and don't think I will ever go anyplace else. New business in town, great service, and a new customer for sure!
Miguel has a great shop! He’s honest and does what he says he’ll do. He got me in and out in a day and his prices were very fair. He followed up with me the next day to make sure all was good with the car after driving it, amazing! I highly recommend him, it’s hard to find honest mechanics. I think he’ll be here in Midland Park for a long time.
