Finally made my way into Deeply Rooted yesterday after following them on instagram for a while, they have the cutest space and set up with so many different plants. The owner Helen was sooo beyond helpful (I’m hopeless when it comes to plants), from helping me pick a low maintenance plant that would be suitable for my indirect sunlit apartment to detailed care instructions for my English Ivy, how to gauge when to water based on the look and feel of soil, etc.
I was also encouraged to reach out if I have any questions or bring my plant in if I feel like it may need a little TLC, which I loved! They are also dig friendly with treats stocked to give to any furry friends that come in so I will definitely be back with my little guy when I’m ready for a second plant!

Lauren was super helpful when I brought my recently drooping plant named Mango. She instantly was able to troubleshoot and offer solutions to help fix her. This store is a gem and I’m so grateful to Lauren for her knowledge and willingness to help new plant families. 🪴

I found this store a little less than a month ago and have already visited about 5 times! I’ve met all three ladies who worked there.
Lauren the owner and Helen and Amy who were all so kind and helpful with any of my questions about all the plants I was looking at and ended up coming home with. This store is a gem! The 1st visit I went with my mom and my mom was looking for a specific plant. Lauren took our info down and was able to find the plant and have it in store a few weeks later. She notified me and it made my mother’s day! It was so kind of her to go out of her way to find it and to remember to notify me. You don’t always get this great customer services in other stores. Let’s not forget the plants are also all amazing and well taken care of. Ive bought some that I’ve never seen before. All of the ladies were so knowledgeable as well. Even if you don’t need another plant, they have great pots and little accessorizes you can get for your plants and home. I will def be a returning customer!!

This was on my "to visit" list for a long time and I'm happy this weekend I finally stopped in! The atmosphere was amazing, everything was super clean and organized, and the people who work there truly love being there! Finding out both are/were teachers was also fun!
All of the plants are healthy, loved, and pest free. Any questions I had were thoroughly answered, and I can't wait to make this a regular "plant shelter" I adopt my babies from :)
I purchased an aloe and an air plant with a quartz holder :)

I’ve come in to shop for plants before and there is plenty to choose from! There’s also plant-themed gifts and plant care essentials, like lights, fertilizer, planters, and decorative pots.
I spoke to Lauren and she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I called asking if I could bring a plant in for a repot/rehab service and Lauren gave me a run down on prices and availability (everything is super affordable and she was able to take my plant in the same day). I’m new to plant care, so I came in with little knowledge and a bunch of questions. Lauren was patient, kind, and happy to teach me how to properly take care of my plant. Amazing shop!
