The upside of seeing one of my plants struggling? Having an excuse to visit Deeply Rooted! Lauren and her coworkers are so lovely and helpful, giving tailored advice to either rehab my plants on my own or with their assistance. And they carry such beautiful plants and pots, I never end up leaving without purchasing an addition to my current plant family. Love this special store!

I recently used Deeply Rooted for vacation plant care and couldn’t be happier with the service! Lauren not only kept all of my plants healthy and thriving while I was away, but also noticed that two of them needed repotting. She took them home, repotted them beautifully for a small fee, and followed up with detailed care instructions afterward. I completely trusted her with my plants and highly recommend her for any vacation care needs!

This was on my "to visit" list for a long time and I'm happy this weekend I finally stopped in! The atmosphere was amazing, everything was super clean and organized, and the people who work there truly love being there! Finding out both are/were teachers was also fun!
All of the plants are healthy, loved, and pest free. Any questions I had were thoroughly answered, and I can't wait to make this a regular "plant shelter" I adopt my babies from :)
I purchased an aloe and an air plant with a quartz holder :)

Finally made my way into Deeply Rooted yesterday after following them on instagram for a while, they have the cutest space and set up with so many different plants. The owner Helen was sooo beyond helpful (I’m hopeless when it comes to plants), from helping me pick a low maintenance plant that would be suitable for my indirect sunlit apartment to detailed care instructions for my English Ivy, how to gauge when to water based on the look and feel of soil, etc.
I was also encouraged to reach out if I have any questions or bring my plant in if I feel like it may need a little TLC, which I loved! They are also dig friendly with treats stocked to give to any furry friends that come in so I will definitely be back with my little guy when I’m ready for a second plant!
