The moment I walked into this gym, it was an altering experience. The woman at the front desk named Sarah changed my entire experience. She was beyond helpful by giving me a tour and introducing me to all the different services offered in the facility. Quality customer service and every time I need to get helped with my account whether it’s freezing to go back to school, or getting booked in for the sauna, the customer service is impeccable. definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking into getting a gym membership in the area. Best you’re gonna get at the best price possible. Thank you, Fitness 19 for giving me a high-quality gym to work out at!

10/10 gym with excellent customer service and amazing equipment repairs get done very smoothly and quickly. No complaints about the gym whatsoever. A beautiful café was just opened up as well. Have gotten to try every single flavor and it’s absolutely impeccable.

I can’t say enough great things about Fitness 19 in Midland Park, especially about the incredible team that makes this gym feel like a second home.
Shane, the manager, sets the tone for the entire club. He’s professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in creating a clean, welcoming, and well-run environment. Any time I have a question or need help with something, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and with a smile. His leadership is obvious—this gym runs smoothly because he truly cares.
Ella at the front desk is always a bright spot in my day. She greets everyone warmly and makes checking in effortless. Her friendliness creates a positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in, and her customer service is consistently outstanding.
Anne is equally wonderful—professional, helpful, and attentive. She’s always ready to answer questions, assist with memberships, or simply say hello with genuine kindness. Together, she and Ella create a front desk team that makes every visit enjoyable.

Great local gym in a very nice area. They have done very well with the renovations adding in new equipment that is never broken. The staff is great and friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Sarah!

Im a college athlete who needed a gym during winter break and I came here on a 3-day trial and ended up signing up and I would do it again. Im not a talker when I workout but you can feel the good culture they have set up I recommend it to anyone. The exact opposite of a toxic gym environment.
