She consistently secures me an appointment in the red light sauna every day without fail. Anyone who uses it knows how popular it is and how quickly time slots fill up, but Anne always makes it happen. Her organization, attention to detail, and genuine care for members are unmatched. She’s always positive, welcoming, and ready to help. She remembers everyone and treats you like more than just a membership number — she treats you like family. Her energy is uplifting and sets the tone the moment you walk in the door. Manager Shane also deserves major recognition. You can tell right away that he runs the gym with professionalism and pride. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and organized, which speaks volumes about his leadership. The moment I walked into this gym, it was an altering experience. The woman at the front desk named Sarah changed my entire experience. She was beyond helpful by giving me a tour and introducing me to all the different services offered in the facility. Quality customer service and every time I need to get helped with my account whether it’s freezing to go back to school, or getting booked in for the sauna, the customer service is impeccable. definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking into getting a gym membership in the area. 10/10 gym with excellent customer service and amazing equipment repairs get done very smoothly and quickly. No complaints about the gym whatsoever. A beautiful café was just opened up as well. Have gotten to try every single flavor and it’s absolutely impeccable.
