Thank you, thank you thank you!! After having my knee replacement surgery, I developed muscle tightness. I could barely walk nor sleep. I needed to take pain medication that I did not need to take even after my surgery. The muscle tightness was hindering my recovery. I went to see Diane and left with minimal pain! I am so happy I was able to connect with Diane one day at Sola Salon in Midland Park. Her sign “Get the Knots Out” caught my attention since I had been suffering with sciatic nerve problems for about 18 months. As we spoke I could sense she was caring and very knowledgeable about the body and healing through massage. I found out she is a licensed therapist so I decided to book an appointment. Best decision! My pain after 4 months is greatly reduced. Diane takes the time to listen before working on areas that are sore. She also teaches stretching exercises to do in between massage sessions that alleviate pain and help the body heal. I have found the stretches I do before bedtime relax me and I’m sleeping better. I highly recommend Diane if you are looking for someone who’s going to make a real difference in the way you feel.

She also specializes in stretching techniques that help you with pain relief. Not only does she stretch you but teaches you how to do them on your own.
