I had sciatica pain for 2 months. I tried everything to get the pain gone. I found out about Diane and her treatment. Lets just say she is amazing. I am so happy I was able to connect with Diane one day at Sola Salon in Midland Park. Her sign “Get the Knots Out” caught my attention since I had been suffering with sciatic nerve problems for about 18 months. As we spoke I could sense she was caring and very knowledgeable about the body and healing through massage. I found out she is a licensed therapist so I decided to book an appointment. Best decision! My pain after 4 months is greatly reduced. Diane takes the time to listen before working on areas that are sore. She also teaches stretching exercises to do in between massage sessions that alleviate pain and help the body heal. I have found the stretches I do before bedtime relax me and I’m sleeping better. I highly recommend Diane if you are looking for someone who’s going to make a real difference in the way you feel.
