⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been a loyal customer of Great White Mechanical since 2019, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Their entire team is skilled, professional, and consistently provides excellent customer service. When I moved into my home, I inherited a poorly installed and poorly maintained central air system. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, they were able to extend the life of that unit for another six years. When the time finally came to replace it, the process couldn’t have been smoother. Dylan was exceptional—extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout. He took the time to measure the square footage of the house to make sure we were installing the correctly sized unit. What I appreciated most was his honesty—he didn’t try to upsell me on a more expensive model. In fact, he walked me through the pros and cons of each option so I could make an informed and comfortable decision. The installation of the new Carrier unit went exactly as expected, and I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the work. Clean, precise, and professional from start to finish. Great White Mechanical is truly a top-notch team, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service.

I have had three different HVAC providers do service work for me in the last year. Great white stood out as the ONLY one that didn't approach my problems with a shotgun methodology. They were precise and diagnosed the issues properly. They went as far as to see if they could warranty my parts which saved me over 1k. The entire team was exceptional Steve, Joel, Susan, Mike and Eddie.

I had Great White Mechanical install central air conditioning in my home, which is over 100 years old. I worked closely with the owner, Dylan, throughout the planning and design process. His professionalism and expertise stood out—he visited my house three times, patiently answered all of my questions, and followed through on every single request, ensuring everything was planned perfectly. On the day of the installation, the team—Billy, Joel, Johan, and Sean—arrived with a can-do attitude and attention to detail that was truly impressive. They started by laying drop cloths from my front door to the attic entrance, taking extra care to protect my home. Over the course of three days, the team worked with precision and efficiency, ensuring every aspect of the installation was flawless. They were not only skilled but also incredibly courteous and respectful, making the entire experience enjoyable. At the end of each day, they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving no trace of their work behind. They returned the next morning on time and ready to tackle the job with the same enthusiasm. The level of teamwork and dedication they displayed was remarkable. This was, without a doubt, a fantastic experience. Great White installed a mini-split system at my home. They were very professional, clean, courteous, on time and most of all did a great job. My neighbors are all commenting on how neat and professional the units and all it's components look. Great Job Guys!!
