I have been going to this establishment for a couple of months now and I have to say...I LOVE IT!!! My nails always look amazing and last more than two weeks. And who doesn't love that. I have only have had one complaint and the lady who is in charge wasted no time making sure my problem was resolved. I recommend this nail place to all my girl friends because it is THAT good. The prices are pretty high BUT you get what you pay for, and at this establishment you are getting great service. Everyone is so nice and patient with you. I 100% recommend this Horizon Nails location.
Very expensive for what you get. They charge more than double their basic pedicure price of $35 for callus removal and a 10 min foot massage. My technician Mery was very thorough
Had my nails done at Horizon Nails today and I absolutely love it! I love having designs and charms and Lindsey delivered, she was so creative and patient and I am in love with the end result. I also had a pedicure and the workers were so kind and always making sure I was comfortable. Loved this experience and definitely recommend coming here!!
I have had the WORST luck with finding a good nail salon and a good nail tech everyone I have been to at other places just never did what I asked for, made them look terrible, or just overall did sloppy work. I am very picky with my nails and how they are done and I can finally say I found MIMI and I am SO very happy with her and her work. She is talented she is caring and will listen to what you want done and how you want it and take her time with you to make sure your satisfied with how she is doing. They are a bit on the pricier side since I was paying 40.00 at my previous nail salon BUT it’s true when they say “you get what you pay for”. I will be returning! Don’t let the prices deter you from trying this nail place! I’m sure all of their techs are good and talented but I absolutely love MIMI, thank you so much for your dedicated work you deserve more than 5 stars MIMIi!! I’ll see you again! ♥️
I’ve visited this salon 3 times and unfortunately, I can never just get what I ask for. The first time I came, I wanted the chrome in the color pictured and received a much more vibrant and loud color than I expected considering I had shown the photos. The next time I went, I decided to get a design and it just did not look the way I expected based on the photos yet again. And as I was leaving I was told the design was “too easy” and to “bring something more challenging next time.” This time, I just wanted a gel manicure and was told I needed UV gel which I expressed multiple times I didn’t want. I had healthy long natural nails and when I told her only my pinkies had UV from a few manicures back to have a uniform length and I wanted to take that off, I was told I needed UV on all of my nails because they “were not healthy.” For reference, the solid red was the manicure I arrived with and those were my natural nails. Perfectly healthy. Now I have 1/4in thick nails that I do not want. Unfortunately I just can’t justify coming back after these 3 experiences. Granted I could have asked them to fix them, but after already telling them several times I didn’t want UV and not being listened to, I figured I would let them do what they felt they needed to.
