Loved this place! Linda was very kind i called she welcomed me in last minute and made me feel welcome! Great sauna really new and high tech. 5 stars all around.
It was a great facility, Clean and Private. I was informed how to use the controls for the Sauna and the red light therapy. I had a great session. I gave four stars because I called to schedule my next appointment and no one picked up. I didn’t call back either. As a business owner it’s important to pick up your phone calls especially doing posted business hours. I will definitely go back, however my advice would be to know your schedule in advance and schedule your next appointment right after the first session.
A beautiful space with friendly staff from booking an appointment to actually visiting the establishment. The saunas are clean, gorgeous and calming. Reached a point of meditation that was very lovely for the 35 min sweat. Totally recommend and will be back in the near future.
We did the red light session and sauna session set. Really enjoyed the service. Place is very clean, facility looks brand new and staff was nice. If you are looking for sauna session, i would recommend. I got a sweat and it definitely relieved soreness from working out. I felt great after session.
I love that I have found an infrared studio so close to me. I started reading about all the wonderful health benefits infrared sauna offers so I gave it a try. The staff is super informative, the place is always spotless and the experience has got me hooked. I especially love the membership aspect. I initially went for help on inflammation in my body. Early onset osteoporosis and my journey to eliminate the effects of stress on this disease. Going there to relax and enjoy the sauna and knowing I am giving my body some quality healing has me going on a regular basis.
