Iron Therapy was the perfect place for my first physical therapy experience. The space was clean, bright, and spacious and the staff was awesome. My PT, Jeremy, was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and effective. He not only had me feeling great after every session, he also provided me with exercises and techniques I can use to maintain the progress he helped me make. The rest of the staff made every session fun, and Tiffany managed the insurance process with ease. I highly recommend giving Iron Therapy a try if you find yourself in need of some physical therapy.
Hands down one of the best in NJ❤️ I came in pre-op on my ACL & Lateral Meniscus- Iron helped me stay strong with range of motion & stability; was clear preparation for what was to come post-surgery. Post-Op: worked with them for 4 months to gain strength & motion back in my knee. Truly helped me physically & mentally every session. The guidance, care & true support from this place has changed my life for the better! This was the best decision I made as a stepping stone on my journey back to professional dancing. I have just completed another round of physical therapy sessions here and cannot say enough good things about it. My therapy was for back problems and balance problems related to my Parkinson’s. The exercises were tailored to my daily needs and performed under the direction of a highly competent staff. Treatments are one on one with the therapist always there to assist in any difficult situations and the atmosphere is like that of a home gym. The staff is warm, friendly and caring, determined to assist you as much as necessary. I feel I’ve made some friends here and will not hesitate to go back in the future.
I have had two injuries --degenerative spinal disks/quadricep pain and a rotator cuff injury-- treated by Dr. Marnie Wortman and her team at Iron Physical in Midland Park. Dr. Wortman is skilled, highly experienced and excellent at what she does. Plus, and this may be hard to imagine, she makes physical therapy fun, even if in the moment, some of the exercises feel uncomfortable. She has a great sense of humor and takes a sincere and deep interest in her patients. She is the best PT professional I have ever worked with, and when I inevitably get another injury--it goes with the territory when you are 73 and live your life as if you aren't--she will again be my go-to. Also her team--Jack, Sultan and Tiffany work seamlessly with her, and are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!!
Iron Physical therapy treated two problems of mine: arthritis in my right knee and an impingement in my right shoulder as the result of an injury in a Pilates class.The staff is exceptional especially physical therapist Dr Jeremy Nardiello and the welcoming receptionist, Tiffany. Professional and personable. Great facility and treatment. Both of my issues were resolved and I sleep at night with no pain and no medication needed.
