I had bad pain from slipped discs that a couple surgeons suggested surgery for. 9 months of yoga, massage, and physical therapy later and I was mostly fine. Three years later I was back in the gym, and some of my symptoms started coming back. My massage therapist recommended chiropractic. My yoga instructor recommended Dr. Miano. She sorted me out pretty quickly. My day to day aches and pains are greatly reduced. We're figuring out a maintenance schedule now. She puts me at ease. She is a kind and careful person who works hard in my best interest. I'm glad to have her as a caregiver. I'm better for it. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
