I’ve honestly never had a better experience at a dentist! I have nothing but great things to say about Ohana Dental. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk staff is always so sweet and responsive, making every visit such a pleasant experience. Heather, the dental hygienist, is amazing! She is so gentle, kind, and makes you feel completely comfortable. The dentists are incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and thorough, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The office itself is beautiful, always so clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I’m so happy to have found this practice and couldn’t recommend them enough!
The office is clean and calm, the staff is very kind and pleasant! My hygienist, was wonderful. Dr. Misato did a really thorough exam after my cleaning. She took her time and explained everything well. I had 3 small cavities that I came back to fill 2 weeks later. Dr. Venuti did the fillings, which was also as pleasant of an experience as getting fillings can be 😅. Thank you to the great team at Ohana, I’m looking forward to many years using you as my dentist!
Amazingly professional, thorough, clinical (in a good way!) and compassionate care. Beautiful, clean, new office with modern equipment and techniques. Dr. Misato is patient and wants to be sure that top quality dental care is matched by the comfort of the patient. I feel extremely fortunate to have found such excellent dental care. This office is worth traveling for!
I have been getting my dental checkups and dental-work done for over a year now with Dr. Misato and Dr. Venuti. I feel they are exceptional dentists, and really take their time reviewing my x-rays and giving their thoughtful and honest feedback on what they see. Dr. Venuti was the first one out of many other professionals to see on my xray that it appeared that my implant procedure I had done at another office was encroaching into my sinus cavity. After getting an MRI, it was absolutely confirmed that it was sticking into the cavity and it was probably the reason why I had developed debilitating headaches since that procedure. I can now make my own educated decision on whether I will have it removed or not. My dentist of over 30 years had recently retired and I’m very glad I found a Dental office that I can trust again. I also want to give a shout out to Heather, my hygienist who did my last two cleanings. She’s always very gentle and thorough and to the front desk employees who are always very polite and efficient. Keep up the good work! It’s great to see such good work ethics!
Having been married to a Manhattan surgeon, I am very particular when it comes to choosing a medical or dental practice; being mindful of a practice's reputation, credentialing and experience. In this regard, I am happy to have found Dr. Misanto and the Ohana Dental Practice. From my first visit, I have been extremely impressed with the attention, care and follow-through I have received. Additionally, it is abundantly clear that she, and her husband, take great pride in their private practice. Everything is new and sparkling clean. They obviously have invested in some of the latest equipment in their remodeled office which makes dental visits more comfortable than I ever remember. Their office staff, Dorothy and Yoko, are also just as nice and professional. I cannot say enough good things about the people and their practice, and always feel well taken care of. Highly recommended. - Beverly B.
