One Hour Air did a great job installing a new AC system and mini split. We got quotes from a few different places, but I could tell that Ken knew what he was talking about and understood what I wanted to do. He also gave a straight forward quote that was competitive with other offers.
Bill was the lead technician for our install and was very professional, personable, and communicated well throughout the entire process.
We are very happy with our experience with one hour air and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Technician, Dave was great. He was prompt, on time, courteous, and knowledgeable about our two systems. He provided clear and consice information that was needed for us. He installed two Nest Thermostats in our house and stayed until it was fully functional. I would use their services again.

From the estimate , to the install . Ken worked well with us to get us the financing and pick the right unit we needed . The install was today and Ken met his installers here to get them started . Bill and his helper Rich did an amazing job . In 100 degree heat . Bill was very meticulous in running the lines across the basement to each unit . Very clean and neat . I would recommend Ken Kruis and One Hour AC to everyone . Thank you again Ken and Bill and Rich .

I had a good experience with their last technician David who came to my house today that assisted me tremendously. I originally had another technician of theirs come to my house who told me it would be too much trouble and not worth the money or effort to install a c wire in my nest. I was able to speak to the owner and decided to give them another try. David took his time, saw the problem/issue the last technician did and tested everything he did at least 5xs to make sure it was working correctly. I would recommend this company as I am very satisfied with the work they did.
