Popped in to get ice cream Nextdoor and saw the pretzel factory so I stoped in and the pretzels are amazing. Definitely worth a try.

Seriously disappointed! First time I ever ordered here was in Super Bowl which was a complete disaster because they were way under capacity and got a refund. Gave them a second chance and placed an order for pickup the following day at 5pm. It’s 5:35 and I’m still waiting.

Very nice inside, easy menu to read, went twice with great service both times!
Went on St. Patties day & got this cute shamrock shaped pretzel!

Usually good on a normal day but I Ordered a large rivet tray for Super Bowl a week in advance. They gave me a 4:25 PU time. Had to wait on line for almost 45 mins. Finally got the tray and it was at best 3/4 full. While I understand Super Bowl is a busy day it was not worth the $50.
