This is the first bad review i've ever given anyone in seventy years.
They were rude, disinterested, abrupt, didn't get back to us, and thought it was a silly concern that we can't get in and out of the front door when my husband is a local surgeon who treats people like them for emergencies night and day, I think you'd be best off going.to Main in Hackensack.
Further, they have no coverage.They come in at noon and you are transferred prior to that.If you have an emergency to a faraway office who tells you they can't do anything because they don't know anything that's going on

Technician Jeff called on his way and showed up early.Took my door knobs off the front door and rebuilt them… better than new..Cannot say enough for his professional work.

Good luck having them get back to you. Spoke to a live human, assuming he was in Waldwick. He had me send pictures (of the locks and the key) but no one ever got back to me. Called later in the day to be told that the call had "probably' bounced to a satellite office and that they had not gotten the pictures. Sent them again to later get an email that they had originally gone to their spam folder. Send them a follow email answering the question of whether I wanted to replace the locks. And no one ever contacted me again. Frustrating!

I thought they were very nice people until I discovered their prices were extremely overpriced! They wanted to charge me $200 each for 2 new doorknobs I was able to purchase for $113 each at another hardware supply store. Also, they quoted me $200 for labor to install the 2 doorknobs that I was able to install myself in only 20 minutes! I would like to support local businesses but not when they take advantage of uninformed customers!

Service was great and timely for rekeying on 3 doors / lock replacement on 1 door in my home. I wish there was more transparency in the pricing estimate received before work was performed. Materials were included but the labor was excluded and i was surprised to find that the cost of labor was almost 2x the materials and rather costly total for the job. Otherwise I had a great experience.
