Dino and Felix and the whole crew were wonderful. Everyone was so professional, hardworking, polite, and kind. They were always on time and ready to work right away. They cleaned and packed everything in the kitchen, dining room, and living room so meticulously. We were so impressed by their attention to detail and how they cleaned every inch of the house so thoroughly. I highly recommend them.
Condensate pump broke...water damage in basement.. New Jersey Manufactures covered damage and sent SERVPRO of Northwest Bergen. Excellent communication with the office. All in person contacts were 'professional and courteous'. Angelo came out first to do initial damage assessment and set up time for mitigation team to come out. Jeff and Felix showed up on time to begin demo. They answered all my question and did an excellent job of removing all the damaged materials. I would recommend them to everyone. THANKS SERVPRO
They did a fabulous job. Felix and Francesco were incredible workers. We had a flood in our basement where a lot of boxes were soaked and carpet was ruined and had to be removed. They were accommodating and made the entire process go much smoother than anticipated. They along with Angelo were incredible in every aspect.
I was pleased with the workers that came to do the work and the final product, HOWEVER - I thought the office staff I dealt with (Eleanor/Suzanne) was rude, not helpful, and not focused at all on customer service. Dave, who did the estimate, was very nice when he came out, but never responded to the four emails I sent to him fterwards. I'm not sure why he gave me his card if he wasn't going to respond to emails. The only person in the office who demonstrated good customer service was Kara and I am grateful for her. This all happened while I was navigating a home move and I dealt with many contractors and all of them were willing to bend over backwards for me except for serv pro team. I emailed the manager also and of course, no response. Too bad.
Pipe fitting leaked in carpeted basement room. They came, they saw, they concorded. Felix and Al were great. Five days later, it’s like it never happened. These guys are pros.
