DECEMBER 2025, FINAL REVIEW AND UPDATE: 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
This has been one heck of a ride but this needs to be shared. Sietsma is not cheap: we went with them because I was concerned with just having the lawn done I wanted white glove service, what I mean is .... that extra care, locking and CLOSING the gate behind them, keeping our walkway lights from being destroyed, taking extra care of our yard. THEY ARE NOT WHITE GLOVE, THEY ARE NOT BEING PAID FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN THE OTHERS. Above all, they are RUDE and presumptuous. When they came and broke our BRAND NEW ADT SIGN, it was absolutely EMBARRASSING but Rich said PROVE IT.... And most recently, the last I mean LAST straw was auto debit for December - they did final clean in NOVEMBER, now I am paying 500 for the leaves to be blown after town picked up and they're done for the year???? COME ON - Arlene did refund us and then suddenly HARVEST was owed money bc they were trying to recover some of that refund. I asked for a lien waiver and they refunded... SHOP AROUND PLEASE.
updated july 2025: 👍🏼👍🏼 Back to more of the Sietsma we started with, don't know what has transpired, but things happen & I'm happy to go back up from 1 to a 4 and hopefully a 5 by end of this season.

👎🏼👎🏼 ... don't know nor do we care what happened but we have been with Sietsma since 2021 & this year, they bombed. From timeliness to thoroughness to completing the work - just BAD. Wreckless and overall bad work, from our planters and path lights being just totally knocked around and damaged to customer service just being absent. Such a disappointment. Too much $$ to be unhappy once let alone all season. We are done.

REVIEW FOR 2021, 2022: 5 starsVery pleased with Sietsma, we use them as well as my mother in law .... They're responsive and they can handle all of your needs from maintenance to protection. I recommend them and also recommend their Irrigation Company, Greenway. Nice and easy, all in one!!

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. Never seen anything like it. Asked them for an estimate for services. Scott came over reviewed everything . A week goes by & after several calls & Emails. No response. If it takes more than a week for an estimate, what kind of work do these people do? Apparently my business means nothing to them. Goodbye.
