I feel so lucky to have had Amy Parker as my realtor and help my partner and I find our dream home. As first time homebuyers, we knew nothing about the home buying process but Amy helped every step of the way, from the first house we toured to the final close. Friendly, attentive, knowledgable, trustworthy - truly the best realtor out there!! The market is so tough right now but Amy made the process as painless as possible and we wouldn't have found our home without her! If you are looking for a realtor to help find your new home, look no further, Amy is your person!!

Prior to listing my father‘s house for sale we met with Noelle Keary who provided some pointers in order to get the house ready and possibly increase the value. We followed her recommendations. We eventually listed the house through Noelle. I was very happy about her being straightforward, honest, Professional, and easily accessible. She really represented me and my sister who were co-executors of my father‘s estate and most importantly she represented the estate and my dad’s wishes. She had the estate inmind and worked tirelessly. I can’t thank her enough. Today was the closing on the estate. A closing in which we received an offer above listing price. In addition, Noelle had to navigate through some family dynamics which I appreciate. All in all I would consider listing my house through her in the future.

I came into this biased as her daughter, however the experience I had working with my mother (Eileen Phillips) to purchase my new home, exceeded any expectations I had....she was on top of everything. Having been in the business for over 25 years, she's a true pro and as such, there were no curve balls. For so many reasons, my experience was stellar - thank you!!

I just called for to do a question about rent and the specialist was no gentle at all. Anyone could be in a potencial client even if it is going to be just a rental. I was looking for guide in the area but she did not give any information about her listings because “supposed to be too soon” I want to see if my budget it was ok for the zip code. Maybe she could have taken my data in order to let me know if is going to be something available in a month, but apparently I was going to make "wasting her time." She could ask at least my name, my phone number and say something “let me take your information and if it is something available, I will let you know” or something like that. But she just hung up the phone with no any interest in my needs. poor and bad customer service.

These people deserve ZERO STARS!
Do NOT work with these UNETHICAL people! This group is precisely the reason why Realtors are known as "bottom feeders." Buyer and RENTER beware !
UPDATE - July 5, 2017 - FINALLY! When faced with the reality of liability to defrauded tenant, for failure to disclose material fact, whether "mistaken" or otherwise, counsel for brokerage advised that FULL REFUND of Agent commission under fraudulent least agreement, is in order. Tenant to pick up check on July 7, 2016, since Brokerage does NOT want to be liable for legal fees and moving costs incurred by tenant.
Will update IMMEDIATELY, should tenant NOT be provided with FULL REFUND of Agent commission, as ENTITLED to by law. ENOUGH SAID. PAY THE LADY!
UPDATE: Lawyers now have to go after these people! The Agent claims that he "didn't know about a mice problem" and thinks that this claim gets him off the hook!
WRONG! Realtors are liable for failure to disclose material fact, the failure of which is EITHER intentional OR by "mistake", i.e. FAILING TO FIND OUT WHAT PROBLEMS EXIST AT A PREMISES. Therefore, it is information KNOWN or which SHOULD HAVE BEEN KNOWN, the disclosure of which would have PREVENTED a tenant from signing a lease, that renders a lease INVALID!!
This is what one of their Agents Arthur May did, and both May and the Office Manager are REFUSING to refund the HALF of the Agent commission. The lawyer will now go after them for a FULL refund, since why should the Agent get to keep half of over $2,000 for being part of a tenant being defrauded into signing a lease!!
Would YOU sign a lease to rent a place if YOU knew there was a MICE problem?? I sure wouldn't!
Steer clear of Arthur May listings and stay away from Terrie O'Connor Realtors altogether! "Bottom Feeders" would be a compliment!!! The NJAR will hear about them, and the fact that I had to get a lawyer after them, to obtain justice. THAT'S a PROMISE!!
