Katelyn and Joe were a pleasure to work with. I called frantic on Sunday afternoon when wasps got into my basement. Katelyn was super calm understood my issue and was able to schedule an appointment the next morning. Joe came early, was super friendly and professional and was extremely thorough in his work. I was very happy with the service I received. I had a bee's nest outside and bees were coming in. The area was treated, and areas were sealed off. He gave his full time and attention to the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Ultime. Today, Sunday, August 24th, bees returned. I was in panic mode because I am allergic. Joe returned and again he did a thorough inspection both inside and outside. He could not find a nest. He sprayed my deck and doors. He also sealed spaces around the doors. A company that cares, is a company you can trust. Ultime is that company.

Joe and Katelyn couple is great in communication and handling my problem with animal break-in inside the attic and birds nesting in the gutters. Quoted reasonable price from the beginning and don’t charge any inspection fees like some others. Joe takes pride in his work and offers 1-year warranty, which gives me peace of mind. Highly recommended!
